This Media Rights Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the following parties:

Author: Deepak Manchanda

Website: deepakmanchanda.com (owned and managed by the Author)

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to grant the website deepakmanchanda.com the non-exclusive rights to display, promote, distribute, and sell the book titled: “KALKI: The Final Test”.

2. Rights Granted

Under this Agreement, the Author grants the Website the following rights:
– Digital display and promotion of the book
– Sales via direct website link or digital store
– Use of cover image, description, and related promotional content

3. Duration

This Agreement is effective as of the signing date and remains valid until terminated by either party.

4. Ownership

The Author retains full intellectual property rights to the book. This Agreement does not constitute a transfer of copyright.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 15 days’ written notice to the other party.
